Donations

WWLMS thrives on the generosity of our supporters, whether through financial gifts or donated items that we ship to missionaries . If you would like to partner with us, we’d love to hear from you!
Items

We manage two types of donated cargo: items owned by missionaries (personal belongings or independently acquired goods) and items donated directly to WWLMS for distribution. Please note that we do not purchase or acquire inventory for shipping unless a financial donation is specifically designated for that purpose.

Everything currently in our warehouse was donated and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. While we always encourage you to contact missionaries to learn about their specific needs, the following items are consistently in demand in the field:

  • Bibles (new and used)
  • School Supplies
  • Medical Supplies
  • Personal Hygiene Supplies
  • Church Furnishings (pulpits, lecterns, chairs, etc.)*
  • Church Books (hymnals, library books, Bible studies, etc.)**

* Due to limited warehouse space, we only accept pews if a missionary has already requested them and they can be moved quickly. Pews must be dismantled for shipping; if you can dismantle them before donating, it greatly increases our ability to accept them.

** We no longer accept used or new quarterly literature. Sorting and shipping these materials is no longer viable, and we already have an excess of untouched Bogard Press literature waiting to be claimed. In our recent experience, missionaries have not requested literature like this, but if a missionary specifically requests this, we will be happy to accommodate.

Please send or drop off your items to our warehouse at 300 Byrd Industrial Dr., Hamburg, AR 71646. If you are purchasing items online, you can ship them directly to this address.

Note: WWLMS does not have the means to pick up large items or bulk cargo. However, if you have a smaller donation and live locally, we are happy to arrange a pickup.

3. Request a Receipt

Tax-deductible donation receipts are available upon request once your donation is received.

Financial

God has been more than gracious in providing every financial need this ministry has ever had. It takes thousands upon thousands of dollars to do what we do. For a 20' container, we estimate $2,000-$4,000, and for a 40' container, we estimate $6,000-$8,000. However, we have made multiple shipments over $10,000, and that is solely the cost of exporting from the U.S. Thanks to the Lord's provision and His faithful servants, we are able to shoulder these costs to help ease the burden for the missionaries receiving the shipments.

All of our expenses - shipping, office, operating, salary, etc. - are more than covered thanks to our supporters. We simply could not do what we do without the community God has given us.

How to Donate Financially

We welcome financial partnerships through cash, check, or secure online giving. Because we want to honor your intent, please let us know how you would like your gift directed. You can choose to support any of our three primary funds:

  • General Fund: Covers essential shipping costs, utility bills, and daily operating expenses.
  • Building Fund: Dedicated to the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of our facility.
  • Salary Fund: Funds the salary, housing, insurance, and retirement for our Director, Joel Campbell.

If you'd like your donation to go towards purchasing specific items for missionaries or any other specific cause, please designate your donation appropriately.

Make checks payable to Calvary MBC - WWLMS and mail to P.O. Box 128, Hamburg, AR 71646.

Annual Hygiene Kit Drive

In 2024, we started our Annual Hygiene Kit Drive in an attempt to build up an inventory of kits to give out virtually whenever we have a shipment or a missionary requests them. God has blessed this endeavor as we have collected thousands of kits for missionaries to give out in their respective fields. These kits are a great opportunity for missionaries to tend to the physical needs of those in their fields while opening the opportunity to tend to their spiritual needs.

At the beginning of every year, we have a Hygiene Kit Drive. We accept fully assembled kits, individual items for kits, and funds to purchase kits.

Our hygiene kits consist of 4 basic items: 1 toothbrush, 1 toothpaste, 1 bar of soap, and 1 wash cloth - all placed in a plastic gallon-sized zipper bag. We keep our kits limited to these items to allow flexibility. These 4 items are need universally despite age or gender. We also try to make every kit as identical as possible to reduce the possibility of jealousy arising in those receiving the kits.

Donations for this drive can be delivered or shipped to our warehouse. To culminate our efforts, we hold an Assembly Day in our warehouse, in which we invite volunteers to help us go through all donated kits to ensure they're assembled properly as well as assemble kits from the individual items donated and purchased. Donations may also be brought on our Assembly Day.

Dates for the Drive & Assembly Day are decided weeks prior to the Drive and are announced via email (subscribe here) and Facebook.
